Eight years ago, my dad, Rey, passed away from lung cancer. Before he left, he told me, “I’ve lived a good life, and you don’t need to worry". I made him a promise - to carry forward his quiet strength, his integrity, and his heart for people. That promise changed everything.
I finally opened the leadership books my husband had been collecting. I became a Certified High Performance Coach. And I started leading - and living - differently.
Leadership, for me, isn’t loud. It’s the everyday decisions no one sees. It’s kindness with boundaries, compassion with clarity. It’s the balance I practice as a mom to two boys, a coach, and a leader.
I also owe so much to my mom, Cynthia - “small but mighty” - who taught me that business is about people and community. And to my coach and friend, Carolyn, who helped me remember that everyone (including me) is already whole, creative, and resourceful.
I’m here to help you become the leader you already are - one conversation, one choice, one quiet act of courage at a time.
